Slow Cook Chicken Dinner

Great for Sunday Dinners.

½ cube butter (1/4 cup)
4-6 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 8 oz pkg.Cream Cheese
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Italian dressing (dry mix)

Put butter in crock pot and melt. Put in chicken and sprinkle the dressing on top. Simmer on high for 3-5 hours. When chicken is tender pour in soup and cream cheese. Melt and stir together. Serve over rice. I like to cut the chicken in smaller pieces before I add the soup and cream cheese. I also like to drain the crock pot prior to added them as well.
