Here's a great dinner. I just don't have the actual recipe. Minor detail right??? So here's how I make it. It's easy to make!
Chicken, cooked & shredded
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1-2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4-1/2 cup margarine
1-2 tsp. Poppy Seeds
1. Cook your chicken and cut or shred it. Place in the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
2. Heat soup and sour cream in a saucepan. When melted and mixed well together pour evenly over chicken.
3. Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add crushed crackers and poppy seeds. When mixed, spoon over chicken and soup.
4. Cover and bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
I always serve this with homemade rolls, baked potatoes, green beans and jello. Everyone in my family likes this meal.
