This is the most requested recipe after I make it. Enjoy!!!
1 8oz package of cream cheese
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¾ package English Toffee Bits or Heath Bar Bits.
Mix all that together and dip with tart apples.
