Grandma Joyce's Ham Balls

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
½ cup vinegar
½ cup water
¼ cup seedless raisins (optional)

Heat until sugar is dissolved

1 ½ lb ground pork
1 lb ground ham *** if you have a grinder you can ground ham. If you do not, I buy ham and chop it up with my chopper. I am sure if you dice it really fine, it would work to. You cannot buy ground ham at the store.***
2 cups cracker crumbs (I use saltines)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
½ tsp salt

Roll in balls. (you can also use a cookie scoop to do this)
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over meat. Continue basting frequently or turn for about 45
more minutes. You can then either serve it with toothpicks or with rice depending on event.
