Chicken Fajitas

2 tbsp butter
1 green pepper
1 red or yellow pepper
½ to 1 purple onion
2 to 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup salsa
¾ cup water
3 tbsp fajita seasoning
flour tortillas

Melt butter in large frying pan. Sauté peppers and onion until tender. Add chicken, salsa, water, and fajita seasoning. Add more seasoning to your liking. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve on warmed flour tortillas. Top with sour cream and cheese if desired.
