Zucchini Bread

This recipe is from the Lion House.

1 C Oil
2 C Sugar
3 Eggs
3 tsp. Vanilla
2 C Zucchini

Cream. Add:

3 C Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

Mix.

Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
