Roast Sandwiches

3 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
2 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP wortshire sauce
2 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic power
3-4 lbs roast

Cook on high for 6-7 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.

*I didn't add celery and I cooked it on low over night, shredded it in the morning and let it cook a little longer.
